I have a 15-year-old male Papillon named Gizmo. He has diminished hearing, sleeps most of the day, and recently started coughing when picked up at night. His vet found an irregular heartbeat and did not clean his teeth. Gizmo also urinates in his crate at night, requiring frequent baths. Is there a connection between these issues, and is there medication to help with the nighttime urination?

My dog, Boulie, has been experiencing loud breathing sounds, a whistling noise from the nose, difficulty completing yawns, and nonstop salivating.
