My dog, a 9-year-old Cocker Spaniel Poodle mix named Stanley, is having a seizure. He is losing leg control, jerking around, and it started about 10 minutes ago. He is laying down now but the seizure is still ongoing. He has never had this before and is up to date on shots, heartworm pills, and flea and tick prevention. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My puppy is not drinking water properly and only gets water through food. He is recovering from Parvo and had diarrhea, but it has stopped now.
