My dog, a mix of Border Collie and Australian Shepherd, has had cloudy eyes that cleared up after treatment but have since returned. She is sensitive to light, paws at her eyes, and has occasional drainage. She had ticks around her eyes three weeks ago, and I'm concerned it might be Lyme disease. What should I do to help her, and are there financial resources available for vet care?

I took my 7-month-old, 10.5-11 lbs dog, Georgie, for a walk and she vomited yellow bile multiple times shortly after returning home. She is now shaking, tremoring, and unsteady.
