My 8-year-old spayed black lab mix, Simone, has been peeing in the house and there is blood in her urine. She is heartworm positive and on Apoquel. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My son slammed the door on my chihuahua, Milo, about a month and a half ago. Now, Milo is in pain on his back side, his eyes water, and his back side is tender to touch. He avoids laying on that side and his legs shake uncontrollably at night. Additionally, he threw up yesterday, but his stool is fine. There feels like there may be a space in his back leg when rubbed. What should I do?
