My dog ate 6 chicken wing bones about an hour ago. He seems okay in himself, but I gave him some bread which made him vomit, and it seems like all the bones came out whole. He's just drunk some water. What should I do next?

My dog, Chet, is being euthanized tomorrow due to aspergillosis. He has been on multiple medications and recently experienced a vestibular event, making him disoriented and unable to get up. He had gabapentin about 2 hours ago. Can I give him Benadryl to keep him comfortable overnight, and if so, what dosage should I use?
