My dog ate a small amount of my monstera deliciosa. It’s been a little under an hour and she’s drinking plenty of water and playing around. She’s 65-70lbs, 9 months old and ate maybe a half-dollar sized amount. Has she thrown up since this happened? What should I do if she throws it up?

My dog, Minnie, who is 5 years old, has been sneezing blood for almost a month. She has been eating normally but I haven't taken her temperature. She started sneezing before the blood appeared and there is no licking or scratching of her skin. The blood sometimes is a little, sometimes a lot, and it comes out of one nostril. Is there anything else I should know or do?
