My dog Abbey, a 10-year-old Maltese Shih Tzu, has a stuffed-up nose that makes it hard for her to breathe. She doesn't have a cough, but this started yesterday afternoon and is ongoing. What can I do for her?

My dog has very itchy paws, eyes, and ears. I switched his food to Ollie lamb and lamb kibble, which seemed to help initially but he's still itchy. We've tried Cytopoint and Apoquel, but they either didn't help or stopped working after a while. I cover his paws with shoes due to grass irritation and clean them regularly. I've started soaking his paws in betadine, which provides temporary relief. What else can I do to help my dog?
