One of my dog's toenails seems unusually large and appears to be bleeding slightly at the base of the nail. The dog's name is Sonny, and he is 14 years old. The issue started a few days ago, and the bleeding is very slight. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

My 10-year-old Bolonka mix dog, Lotus, has had diarrhea for 2 months, including mustard-colored poop and blood. She was fed homemade food not suitable for dogs, and now she refuses to eat bland diets like boiled chicken and rice. She has been given supplements and vaccines for parasites. What should I do to help her, and is it the right time to consider euthanasia given her advanced bone cancer and severe symptoms?

My 9-month-old dog, Loki, has been licking her vulva even after her heat cycle ended three weeks ago. She has been sleeping more than usual and had a high water intake. Her vulva is slightly puffy but not swollen, and there are no visible sores or lesions. She vomited this morning for the first time but is eating and drinking normally. How can I determine if this behavior is normal, and what steps should I take to check if she is pregnant?

My dog, Kaiya, a 10-year-old weighing 45 lbs, was given carprofen for a pinched nerve in her neck. The carprofen caused digestive upset, and she has since had very liquid diarrhea and vomited undigested rice and carrots after a bland diet. She is more tired than usual and seems to be in pain. She has a history of a sensitive stomach and IBS. What should I do to help her?

I started taking Phentermine (an appetite suppressant) about 3 weeks ago, and coincidentally, my dog has started acting very strange around the same period. He's overly clingy, possessive to the extreme, with heavy panting, restlessness, and an overall state of constant agitation. Is it possible that the ingredients (active or inactive) are somehow causing this elevated state of unrest in him? Could my body be secreting some sort of chemical from the phentermine that is affecting his behavior? I'm worried and would like to know if this is the case, what I can do to help calm him or reverse his restlessness.
