My dog, Ava, a 3-year-old 14 lbs dog, ate foil butter packets and has been throwing up for 2 days. I’m not sure how many packets were eaten, but I have seen about 4 or 5 wrappers in the throw up. What should I do?

My dog fell and now has a limp tail that he wags less strongly than usual. He yelps when I pull his tail upward to a certain degree. He walks and plays normally, but his hind legs lay sideways when he lays down. He also has a slightly different posture when he poops. What should I do?

One of my dog's eyes is dark red where the white should be, near his nose and over the top. We just noticed it about 5 minutes ago. He has allergies but none have been diagnosed, and he's on daily Apoquel. His name is Blackie, and he's a 12-year-old Pomeranian. He doesn't seem bothered by it, but we want to know if this needs an emergency visit or can wait until tomorrow to see the vet.

My dog is lethargic, has not pooped, has sluggish bowel sounds, a heart rate of 120-130, and is drinking more than usual. He did not eat his dinner and is usually very food-focused. I gave him pumpkin purée last night. Should I take him to the vet, and can I give him a laxative if needed?

My 9-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, Sam, has had diarrhea since Friday, followed by lethargy and a bloated belly. He has a history of clostridium overgrowth and is on metronidazole and a daily fiber supplement. He had regular bowel movements yesterday and today but remains lethargic and his belly is bloated. He didn't finish his breakfast and is generally less interested in food. What should I do for him, and should I take him to an ER vet?
