My dog ate latex paint. The dog is 30 lbs and ate a small amount of fresh latex paint that was mixed with water and left in a trash can. The dog has not thrown up and is acting normal. Is this a cause for concern, and what should I do?

My Yorkie, Stella, has had diarrhea with some blood since Tuesday night. The diarrhea has been intermittent, with some stools being slimy and others semi-soft, mostly brown in color.
