The lump does not seem to affect him, and he is his normal, hyper self. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned?

My dog isn't feeling well this morning. She slept fine but woke up and threw up twice. Then threw up on the ride to the field to take a walk and has thrown up three more times once home after drinking water and does not have an appetite. This has all happened within the last three hours. As a side note, she is supposed to have TPLO surgery tomorrow morning. She's been on pain meds for the last 2 weeks because of the ACL tear but I haven't given her any meds today.
