My 10-week-old dog, Aja Blu, has been experiencing diarrhea since last night and just vomited. The vomit was liquidy/beige, and she has not eaten anything unusual that I'm aware of. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Our 2-year-old dog, Grizwold, has been vomiting today, with about 5 episodes. The vomit initially contained food, but now it's just liquid after he drank water. He may have eaten a piece of a toy recently, as we saw some pieces in the vomit. He is not lethargic, but a bit calmer than usual. He has no other symptoms besides vomiting, and his tummy doesn't feel hard. What could be causing this and what should we do?
