My dog, Bear, who will be 2 years old on May 6th, has been losing weight for the past 2 months despite eating normally. He was previously chunky and muscular but has lost all his weight. He has had diarrhea and vomited a few times. We have taken him to the vet, who did a stool test that came back negative for worms. What could be causing his weight loss and what further tests or actions should we consider?

My dog, Bodie, has vomited 8 times in the last twenty minutes. The vomit is green/yellow, mucous-like, and foamy, with no food present. She may have eaten something unusual, possibly during a hike where she drank forest water and ate dirt/grass. What should I do?
