My dog, Becky, a 4-year-old small dog weighing about 15 pounds, ate something potentially poisonous from the garbage a couple of hours ago. She is lethargic, not drinking water, and her gums are pink but around the teeth are black. She is also starting to shake and has her ears back. What should I do, and how can I tell if her condition is worsening?

I have a 2 and 3 year old husky who have only had their first round of shots and my puppy just passed away from parvo. My two huskies seem fine and are acting normal but I was wondering if getting them all of their shots now will help decrease their chances of getting parvo even though they have already been exposed to it?
