My dog, Luna, a 3-year-old Mini Maltese, hit her head and threw up twice within a few hours. The first vomit was yellow and foamy, and the second included treats. She has a small red bump on her head and had a liquidy poop after the incident. She seems to be walking and running normally, but her appetite has decreased. My dog had an infected anal gland that was lanced by the vet on February 2nd. She did a week of antibiotics and pain meds. She has seemed fine since and has been her normal self, however she has been having diarrhea since yesterday morning. Should I take her back into the vet? She is having more bowel movements than usually and it looks like soft serve ice cream.
