My dog, Bree, a 5-year-old chocolate lab, ate rat poison (believed to be bromadiolone) and vomited after 1.5 hours. What should I do, and what symptoms should I watch for?

My 6-year-old Chihuahua, Kalani, has not eaten for the last two days but seems in good spirit with a wet nose and is drinking water. She had a little vomit a day ago but no food came out, just saliva. She has had a rawhide chewy stick recently and is not showing signs of pain, diarrhea, or trouble walking/jumping. What could be causing her lack of appetite and should I be concerned?
