My dog, Kai, a 5-year-old mixed breed (possibly with boxer or pitbull), has swollen glands, is lethargic for a couple of days, and is not excited about his food. He is having difficulties getting up stairs and from a laying down position. His anal glands are swollen, and I have increased his fiber intake and ensured he drinks plenty of water.
