My dog, Boo, a 4-year-old Border Collie, has ripped off the outer shell of his nail and bled from the injury. I have bathed it in salt water and bandaged it up. Do I need to take him to the vet in the morning, and can I give him half a paracetamol for pain?

My 22 lb corgi, Merlin, ate one of my husband's Boswellia capsules, which is 500mg. I know Boswellia is used as a joint supplement for dogs. Should I be worried, and what should I do if he hasn't vomited?

My dog, Thea, ate about a quarter of a small brownie (approximately 0.5 oz) about 5 minutes ago. She weighs around 15-20 lbs and is almost a year old. She hasn't vomited since eating the brownie. What should I do?

My dog, Loki, a large 130-pound puppy around 8-9 months old, may have ingested ibuprofen or acetaminophen. He has exhibited dark urine and dark brown/red stool, and recently vomited. His gums are a light pink. What should I do?

My 14-year-old dog, Roan, who is part Min Pin and part Basenji, has a swollen snout, is lethargic, won't eat or drink, and is very warm. He also seemed to be limping and licking his paw this morning. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 9-year-old Cairn Terrier mix passed a normal-formed stool and urinated a large amount of clear, unconcentrated urine. He is now acting extremely subdued, almost ashamed, not wagging his tail, avoiding eye contact, and isolating himself. When lifted by his chest and belly, he whimpered loudly with pain, particularly on the left side of his belly near the groin area. He is maintaining a sitting position rather than lying down. Does he require an immediate vet visit or is tomorrow soon enough?
