My puppy is not eating for days and has bad diarrhea. What could be causing this and what can I do to help?

My 12-week-old tri-color pit bull, Rex, has red and tender ears that he cries when he tries to scratch. He shakes his ears a lot and has a slight rash inside the ear, not in the ear canal. I've used camphoric drops in his ears for a few days, which seems to help, but I can't afford to take him to the vet. What can I do at home to help his ears?

My dog, Cookie, is extremely constipated, has low energy, and is refusing to eat. She has been trying to defecate often but only a few hard, broken stool pieces have come out. There is no vomiting, but she has a lack of appetite. Could this be related to her possibly eating a chicken bone?

My dog, Charlie, a 5-year-old beagle mix weighing 54 lbs, was not feeling well all night. She was drooling and swallowing a lot, threw up once, and her belly has been making lots of noise. She drank about 4-5 tablespoons of water last night but won't drink this morning. She seems tired and is not drooling anymore. She is on phenobarbital. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?
