My dog, Cash, has had loose stool with a little blood today. He seems to drink normally but hasn't been eating as much as usual. He ate a tater tot recently, but nothing else unusual. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I got my puppies second round of shots on March 18th. They suggested that we return in 4 weeks (on April 14th) for the final round of shots and rabies vaccine. I am scheduled to go out of town at that time. Is it safe to get my dogs last set of shots one week early? He is about 6lbs and is a 10.5 week old Corgi.
