My dog, Charlie, a 1 year, 4 months old intact Aussiedoodle, was attacked by another dog. There is a single puncture on his right foreleg that did not bleed much and clotted quickly. I cleaned the site with iodine and wrapped it in a clean cloth. He is limping but putting weight on the leg. I also felt subcutaneous emphysema around the site. What should I do for the injury, and will the subcutaneous crackling resolve on its own?
