My dog, Harley, is throwing up clear or yellow vomit, refusing to eat, and vomiting after drinking water. She has been lethargic for a couple of days. Is there anything I can do to help her, and should I take her to the vet?

My 6-year-old Schnauzer Poodle, Cooper, is lethargic and breathing heavier than normal. He's not reacting to treats or balls, and he's lying down by the door and under the bed, which is unusual for him. He was fine after a walk, but now he's showing these symptoms. I gave my dog Simparica, a flea, tick, and heartworm pill, 7 days ago. Five hours after taking the pill, he became lethargic and started experiencing constant pain. My dog, Jasmine, was prescribed cephalexin and apoquel for a bacterial infection. After giving her the first doses around 6pm, she started vomiting within the hour. She's vomited 5 or 6 times, with the first vomit containing the cheese wrapped around the pill and the rest being foamy liquid. She hasn't eaten anything unusual and is almost 2 years old. What should I do?
