My Rottweiler, Boss, has been biting at his tail and has caked up crud on his coat, moving toward his upper coat. We noticed this behavior last Wednesday after giving him a bath, but it didn't help. He also tries to bite us when we try to touch or look at the affected area. What could be causing this and what can we do to help him?
