My dog, Coon, who is around 3 years old, has been passing blood and mucus in his stool for a couple of days. He didn't eat much last night and has been eating grass. He doesn't seem more tired than usual and is not in pain. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a two-year-old female Yorkie named Polly Pocket and a six-month-old female Yorkie named Penny. Polly is constantly trying to lick Penny's private area. I'm uncomfortable with this behavior and want to know if it's a sign of dominance, if it will dissipate over time, or if there's something else I should be concerned about.
