He tries to have a bowel movement but hasn't been successful. He doesn't seem to be in pain, is not neutered, and hasn't been wormed in a while. What should I do?

Could you please tell me if adequate margins were achieved in the biopsy report? It seems the lateral margin was narrow, but I don’t understand if this is good enough. Additionally, my dog had surgery last May 3, and the wound opened. Is it possible that because of the lateral margins, there is still cancer left in the area? Should I be worried about this?
