My dog, Diamond, started coughing and vomiting a gooey, bile-type clear substance yesterday, but only when she is up and walking around. She seems lethargic and is sleeping more than usual. She has eaten pizza crust and possibly other unusual items, but I haven't seen her drink. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
