The dog is lethargic, was fine and super active this morning, and is a 2.5-year-old 45lb Australian Shepherd. The dog takes NexGard and Heartgard every month. My 2-year-old boxer, Bear, has had red bumps on his skin, mainly on his sides, back legs, and chest, for about 4 months. The bumps vary in size and are bright red, with some under his skin causing hair to stand up. They don't itch him, and he's on heartworm prevention and Benadryl as needed. The bumps went away partially but returned. What could these bumps be, and what should I do about them?
