My dog, Dina, a pit bull approximately 8 years old, hurt her paw yesterday and is limping. The pinky/outer toe is swollen. She was fixed in March and had a tumor removed, and didn't do well with the anesthesia. She was sleepy, breathing fast for a long time, and wouldn't eat or drink after the procedure. She puts weight on the injured leg if needed but otherwise limps and holds it up. How should I manage her condition until she can see the vet next week?
