My dog, Dixie, a one-year-old 10-pound dog, got into my work bag and ate one Dayquil tablet about an hour ago. She has shown no signs of nausea or vomiting and is alert and active. Should I be worried, and what should I do?

My dog, Hailey, is throwing up, has diarrhea with blood, and is grunting. She vomited food and has been experiencing these symptoms for about an hour. She recently switched to a different dog food. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog Gracie had what I think was a seizure Friday night. She has noise anxiety and fireworks went on sale that day and it was very noisy. Could this cause a seizure? Last night was very noisy again and she was very agitated all night and still seems very nervous and tired today although there have been no fireworks going off yet. She wouldn’t eat at all today and seems lethargic. She had 100 mg of Gabapentin and 1/2 of a 25 mg tablet of trazadone this morning at about 8:00. What should I do to help her?

I made homemade Dutch chocolate ice cream today, and my 100-pound silver lab ate about a cup of it. The second ingredient in the ice cream mix is cocoa powder. He ate it three hours ago and appears to be OK. Should I be concerned?
