My dog Gracie had what I think was a seizure Friday night. She has noise anxiety and fireworks went on sale that day and it was very noisy. Could this cause a seizure? Last night was very noisy again and she was very agitated all night and still seems very nervous and tired today although there have been no fireworks going off yet. She wouldn’t eat at all today and seems lethargic. She had 100 mg of Gabapentin and 1/2 of a 25 mg tablet of trazadone this morning at about 8:00. What should I do to help her?

I made homemade Dutch chocolate ice cream today, and my 100-pound silver lab ate about a cup of it. The second ingredient in the ice cream mix is cocoa powder. He ate it three hours ago and appears to be OK. Should I be concerned?

Our dog, Toby, suddenly stopped walking on his right back leg about two hours ago. We think he might have slipped but aren't sure. He has eaten, drank water, and will walk to get into his bed. Is this a sprain, and what else could it be?

My small Chihuahua fell between a chair arm and hurt her front legs and possibly her head. She is on Finbarbatol and twitching her neck, head, and front legs. The vet put her on pain medicine. Do you think she will overcome this, especially since she had seizures before?

My dog, Savannah, a 14-year-old miniature pinscher, has a weird spot on her belly that I noticed last night. She isn't licking or rubbing it, and it doesn't seem tender. She also has a small cut on her shoulder from trying to get under the fence, but that's unrelated to the belly issue. What could the spot on her belly be, and is there anything else I should be concerned about?
