My dog, Dragon, vomited twice an hour ago, with yellow acid piles. He is now making gulping noises, moving around, and curling up in different positions. He has watery eyes, sounds congested, and his stomach is bloated and making gassy sounds. What can I give him over-the-counter to alleviate his discomfort, or should he go to the emergency vet?
