My 1-year-old toy poodle, Marcy, has been sucking her vaginal/butt area and gasping for air after doing so. She came into heat on her birthday, February 12th, and has been licking/sucking herself in her vaginal area frequently. Is this behavior normal for a female dog in heat, and could it be related to asthma?
