My dog, Duke, a 3-year-old male, has a swollen area at the bottom of his penis. He licks this area and it was noticed shortly after an overnight trip. There is an incision scar from a neutering procedure done over a year ago. What could be causing this swelling, and should I be concerned about the incision's location?

My lab ate a pork rib bone (2 inches maybe). Will he get sick? The lab weighs 70 lbs, ate the bone 15 minutes ago, and is named Toby, 15 months old. He has not thrown up since eating the bone and is currently acting normally.
