Our dog, Finley, a 1.5-year-old weighing about 20 lbs, ate around 4-5 raisins from a 2x2” section of raisin bread about 20 minutes ago. He has vomited several times, including regular food and packaging, but we found raisins in the vomit. He's now looking tired and has vomited bile. Should we give him water, and is there anything else we should do?

My 4-month-old Miniature Pinscher, Ruby, has had diarrhea since Friday. We have cut back on her food and given her pureed pumpkin. She still drinks water but not as much.
