My dog, Eevie, a 5-year-old 44 lbs dog, has a scar on her foot from a past injury. Recently, she started chewing on it, causing it to swell. She has also vomited once since then. I noticed a flea on her, and she has a severe allergy to fleas. What should I do to help her foot and manage her flea allergy?
