My dog, Ember, vomited her food (raw ground beef, white rice, and green peas mixed with water) yesterday morning, with the rice and peas coming out separately followed by blood. She also had diarrhea with blood. She has been drinking water, urinating, and eating a small portion of white rice, pumpkin purée, and cooked meatballs mixed with water since then. She has been alert and active. Is it safe to continue monitoring her, and would the symptoms persist if it was stomach ulcers or hemorrhagic gastroenteritis? Should I take her to the vet?

My 14-year-old Maltese, Jake, has been experiencing severe symptoms for the past 3 months, including difficulty walking, eating, falling, drooling, and screaming in pain. He is currently on gabapentin, but it doesn't seem to help. The vet suggested he might need to see a neurologist. What should I do to help him, and is there a chance his condition can be corrected?

I have an 8-week-old Pomeranian named Royal who is not eating much, has been throwing up a bit since I received him on Saturday, and seems more tired than usual. He is passing urine and pooping, but his poop is soft. He has also been throwing up some of the milk supplement I gave him. What should I do, and what should he be eating at this age?

My 14-year-old Dachshund, Bullet, started vomiting green bile around midnight and has continued to vomit occasionally since then. He is also pooping blood and had a recent bowel movement with visible worms. Bullet is lethargic, wobbly when walking, and sometimes loses balance, falling down and vomiting foam. He has a heart murmur and kidney issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what immediate steps should be taken?
