One of my dogs, Brownie, has a swollen nipple that appeared almost overnight. She is a 3-year-old spayed dog with severe skin issues and allergies. She is constantly licking the area, and her skin appears to be rough, especially on her underside. What could be causing this swelling, and what can I do to help her?

Are you suggesting I take my dog to the vet due to these 'jerk-like' movements that occur when she sleeps? Also, her eyes are half-closed but she definitely is sleeping. Her name is ***** ***** she is part pit and the other part I don't know as my daughter rescued her from a dire situation when she was a puppy. She is (I think) 4 1/2 years old.

He won't eat or drink, is lethargic, and has a bad smell and smacking sound coming from his mouth. He has a history of dental issues and had several teeth removed a year ago. What can I do to help him until he can see his regular vet on Monday?
