My dog, Finn, an 11-year-old Yorkie, is limping and yelping when he walks or lays down. His appetite and stool are normal, and he has not eaten anything unusual. He is not letting me move his neck up/down and side to side. What should I do?

My dog Zoe has been nauseous and throwing up yellow bile several times since early this morning. She wants to eat grass and throws it up when she does. I gave her anti-nausea medication (Cerenia) and a GI Paste, and she kept down a small amount of plain boiled oats with pumpkin and banana. Should I let her eat grass, and should I bring her to get checked out, or continue monitoring her?
