My dog, Glady, an 11-year-old Golden Doodle, has been whinny, walking slowly with her head down and back hunched up for about 4-5 days. She doesn't lift her head when I try to lift it and lays around all day, not going downstairs to eat as she normally does. She also seems to hump her back when she walks. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog woke up unable to move her head to the right, and her head is tilted to the left. She shifts her whole body to look at us but maintains the tilt. She hasn't seen a vet in about a year and is not on any medication. Her name is Evee, and she is a rescue dog estimated to be 7-9 years old. She sleeps on the same bed as me, usually near my feet or next to my head. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

My dog has been diagnosed with cancer under a skin tumor on his left shoulder. He has been asymptomatic for two months but is now significantly limping and occasionally crying. He is normally very stoic, so this indicates he is in significant pain. What dosage of Vicodin can we give him until we can get to the regular vet? He weighs 40 lbs and is a mixed breed. We know he will be put down soon but want to minimize his suffering for a few days until then.
