My dog got into a plastic bag with treats last night and ate some of the bags along with the treats. There were several bags - a training treat sack, ziploc bags with dog biscuits, bully sticks, and chicken feet, all inside a plastic grocery bag. All the treats are gone, and all the bags are torn up into small pieces. I'm not sure how much plastic he ate, but he is not showing any symptoms other than shame. He weighs about 28-30 lbs. (Shiba Inu). Should I take him to an emergency vet?

My dog is on diethylstilbestrol (DES) for spay incontinence. She started 3-4 weeks ago with a dose of one a day for 5 days, then one a week. We missed last week's dose and gave her one today after an accident. Do I need to start over with one a day for five days, or just pick up the weekly dose?
