My dog had a reaction to garlic and onion on May 29th, which led to diarrhea for a few days. Since then, he has had normal poop and eating habits until last night when he vomited bright brown. We switched his food from chicken to beef near the end of May, and the vomiting started after the switch. Could this be a beef allergy, and what symptoms should I look out for? Or is there a more serious issue that requires a vet visit?
