My friend's dog, Comet, a 9-year-old unspayed female, has been vomiting liquid at least 5 times in a couple of days, is lethargic at home but excited for walks or car rides, and has blood near her vulva. She has been to the vet twice, had blood taken, and an ultrasound done. She was given an antibiotic shot and a pain reliever yesterday, but today she can't keep water down and is disinterested in food. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should be taken?

My puppy, JoJo, has gone from being very active to laying around and not eating as much as usual. She started showing these symptoms last night. She doesn't seem to be in pain, and there are no signs of vomiting, diarrhea, or ear infections. Her cheeks and gums are pink, and her urine color and odor haven't changed, but she seems to be peeing less. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Boo, a 4-year-old Border Collie, has ripped off the outer shell of his nail and bled from the injury. I have bathed it in salt water and bandaged it up. Do I need to take him to the vet in the morning, and can I give him half a paracetamol for pain?
