My dog had an eyelid tumor removed in March, and I noticed a tiny growth where the lump was removed in June. Another bump is forming on his other eyelid. Should I be worried that these could be cancerous, and if so, would they have spread by now?

My 6-year-old Great Dane, Adel, has been experiencing off and on diarrhea for the past few days and has been licking herself more than normal. She has been on the same food since I got her as a rescue about 8 months ago. She has no vomiting, eats only her dog food and occasionally grass, weighs about 90 pounds, is not lethargic, and has no known pre-existing medical conditions. What could be causing her diarrhea and what should I do?

My dog was seen at the vet a week ago and was put on antibiotics to see if his head tilting could be due to a deep ear infection, but there were no signs of infection. The vet mentioned a possible brain tumor if symptoms don't improve. Now, my dog is exhibiting additional symptoms such as shaking, heavy panting, increased water intake, and a few accidents in the house. He is also 10 years old. Noticed a small, non-painful lesion (growth?) beneath a lower tooth in my dog, Pickles, an 8-year-old Havanese. The lesion is more flesh-colored than the rest of the mouth.
