My dog has been experiencing diarrhea despite using anti-diarrhea medicine, and his stool is still not fully formed. I've been feeding him a hamburger/rice mixture with added dry dog food, which made his stool runny again. He's also started knuckling on his back foot, which he did briefly before but is now more frequent. I've given him yogurt and Gatorade to help, and I've sent a stool sample to the vet. I'm waiting for the results, but I'm unsure what to do next. Should I wait for the results, try an antibiotic, or consider an ultrasound? Additionally, his back foot issue could be due to weakness or something more serious. What should I do about that?
