My dog had puppies. They are 9 days old and I've noticed they are having what looks like diarrhea. There are 7 of them, and I don't have money for a vet. The puppies are only nursing from their mother, and their stools have gone from soft with some consistency to liquid over the last 2 days. They still move and cry, but I'm worried they might die due to lack of vet care. What can I do to help them?

We have a 19-pound Havanese dog named Murphy, who is 13 years old. Today, he suddenly started acting like he cannot walk, sitting up but going in circles and not moving. He doesn't seem to be in pain, but he had a minor back issue in May. He's laying down, trying to sleep but not moving. His appetite and stools are unchanged, and he had a little sausage gravy this morning. What could be causing this sudden inability to walk, and what should we do?
