My dog, Harlow (1 year old), has developed a red rash with tiny blisters on his scrotum today. He has been licking and rubbing the area. I recently switched laundry detergent and washed his beds. Is this an allergy or infection, and what immediate steps can I take to help him?

I sprayed Cutter Backyard Bug Control spray in the morning. When I got home from work, my dog was drooling and breathing heavily. The next morning, an X-ray showed air in the chest cavity. Could the spray have caused this? My dog, Bo, an 11-year-old basset hound, had to be put down due to low oxygen saturation. Was this my fault? Could it have been the spray, especially if he licked it? My other two small breed dogs, who were also in the yard, are fine.

My dog, Dexter, a 2-year-old 80lb dog, punctured a battery while chewing a baby toy in his kennel. He did not swallow the battery, but it was punctured. He seems fine and has not vomited. Should I be concerned, and what should I monitor for?
