My dog has a swollen eye that has been like this for about an hour. She is a lab/hound/boxer mix, about 1 year old, and is acting fine. The white of her eye is bloodshot, and she is not trying to wipe it or showing signs of itching, hives, or vomiting. What could be causing this swelling, and what should I do?
