My dog has been on twice daily cephalexin for a couple of weeks. Today she vomited and there were tiny specs of fresh red blood. What should I do?

My 11-year-old dog underwent urethral surgery for stone removal but experienced fibrosis, preventing stone removal. The urethra wound was kept open during surgery, and now my dog bleeds whenever he sits up or moves. The doctor suggests cauterization to stop the bleeding, but I am unsure if this is the right approach. Should I get a second opinion, and what are the potential risks of cauterization?

I have an 11-year-old Border Collie named Red who started vomiting white mucus on Friday and has since vomited yellow bile and developed diarrhea. He has not eaten and his gums are sticky. Should I find an emergency vet?

My Staffordshire Bull Terrier has persistent foot allergies that cause her feet to become raw and swollen. I've taken her to the vet multiple times, but the problem keeps recurring. What additional treatments or steps can I take to help her?

My dog has had diarrhea, initially with mucus and now bordering on liquid, after eating some runny cat poop. He hasn't vomited and isn't showing signs of pain. We are supposed to leave on vacation tonight. Should we be concerned enough to cancel vacation? Could the eucalyptus hand lotion I used before handling the cat poop be toxic enough to cause this issue?
