My dog had a stroke on Monday and this morning he woke up with no appetite. He also had a very restless night and seems in some discomfort. He does have pancreatitis, so I don't know if it's the stroke or that. He also has diabetes, but his sugar is good for now. Is it common to lose appetite after a stroke?

I have been keeping his eye moist with saline water and considering pushing the eyeball back into the socket if emergency vet care is not available.
