My 9-year-old Chihuahua, Mandy, has been lethargic since yesterday. A neighbor gave her a lot of turkey lunch meat, and she has been drinking tons of water. She ate a tiny bit of boiled chicken breast with broth and white rice yesterday and this morning, but she is not wanting to eat at all today.
